INSTRUCTIONAL PROCEDURES	a) The teacher does not enter 1L during these two periods. This is because the new Form 1 students will be involved in the orientation week at the school hall on Thursday and Friday from the first to the seventh periods. Hence the teacher will enter 3A class as their Form Teacher in order to begin organising this class. b) The first thing that the teacher will do is to introduce herself and to get to know every student’s name. After that, the teacher plans to work out a duty roster and to elect the class monitor, 2 assistant class monitors as well as 1 treasurer. c) Next, the teacher informs the students what to expect in Form 3 and the books that they will use in class. d) The teacher also sets rules in class so that students will be prepared to study for the new year.
REFLECTION	The form teacher managed to do all that she planned to do in this class. The students seemed ready to learn and all 32 of them were present at school.
